A stage along the pilgrimage route leading to Santiago de Compostela.
After discovering here in Metz some of the former traces of the pilgrimage routes leading to Santiago de Compostela, we will set off towards Gorze, to walk in the footsteps of the pilgrims, during a 17-km guided hike. This walk will take us along the Moselle, and up into the hills with their numerous vineyards, lofty villages and fortified churches, where we will visit Vaux and Ancy-sur-Moselle, before arriving in Gorze, where we will talk about the cultural influence of its abbey.
